RETURNS
Massage Warehouse will exchange or refund you for the cost of product (customer is responsible for return shipping) for any item returned within 30 days from date of shipment. There
will be a 20% restocking fee applied between 31-59 days. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Return policies and restocking fees will vary for items shipped directly from the
manufacturer. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted). All returns must be in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Massage Warehouse prior to sending your return. Regardless of reason, all returns MUST be processed through customer
