2. When does the STL started its operations?
3. Based on what law is STL created and PCSO granted authority to operate?
4. How is STL being operated?
5. How is STL different from illegal numbers game?
6. Are there any problems or threats in the implementation of Small Town Lottery?
a. If there is, what are those?
b. What are the steps or measures taken by PCSO to address the problems
mentioned above?
7. In a scale of 1-10, how effective is Small Town Lottery in eradicating Illegal
Gambling?
a. What are your basis in responding to the effectiveness?
