PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE TRANSFER OF EPF FROM SSA ESTABLISHMENT ID

TO CIRCLE OFFICE ESTABLISHMENT ID

1. Sign into the EPFO website.

https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface

2. Ensure that Bank Account details are updated.

(under “ KYC” in “ manage” tab)

3. Ensure that “DOJ EPF” ( Date of Joining EPF) and “DOE EPF” ( Date of
exit EPF”) against the SSA member ID is updated. Against Circle Office
member ID, only “DOJ EPF” will be available.
(under “service history” in “view” tab)
 No DOE appears against Circle Office

Against each member ID, service in the concerned establishment would

be appearing in DOJ EPF and DOE EPF if same UAN is continued.

4. Select “Transfer Request” under “Online Services”.

5. Verify the correctness of personal information appearing in the next screen.

Details of present account will be that of Circle Office.
In step 1 Member has the option to get his/her claim form attested by the
present or the previous employer. It is advised to attest the claim through
“previous employer”.
Provide UAN no.in Member ID/UAN (* Note 1) and click on “Get Details”. Details
of previous accounts to be transferred will appear. Verify the same.
 *Note 1. For transfer of UAN which is different from the current UAN
(Multiple UAN cases) provide the UAN/Member ID( old UAN) which is to be
transferred to the present UAN.

6. In step 2, Click “Get OTP”. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered.
Enter OTP and Submit.
7. Employees should take the printout of the submitted online claim application,
sign it and submit it to the concerned SSA DDO.
