Sub: - On line transfer of EPF accounts –reg.

With reference to the above subject, it is hereby informed that after

centralisation of EPF accounts, all the remittances of EPF are being done under centralised
ID. The Establishment ID and the concerned EPFO ID are as follows:-

2 Concerned EPFO ID:- (SRO) K R PURM )Whitefield), Bangalore

After centralisation of EPF accounts, the existing accounts need to be

transferred from the EPF office Mysore to the EPF office, K R Puram Bangalore.
Consequently, all the EPF members are requested to apply for transfer of their respective
accounts, on line in the EPF office portal.

The detailed screen shots for the above procedure are attached for the
convenience of the members.

The members are requested to verify the details (viz, date of joining, bank
details, PAN, Aadhar etc.) for correctness before applying for transfer. The date of joining
should be the date of commencement of training/ appointment, as the case may be.

Those employees who are unable to submit on line can submit hard copy in
Form-13 to the DDO for onward submission to the concerned EPF office.
