MATERIAL PLANNER, PROCUREMENT, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

 Monthly material requirement planning of End Items, Manufacturing Parts and Purchase parts.
 Reviewed MRP messages for Finished Items, checked availability of components and issue.
 Established procedures and controls to assure the absolute accuracy of inventory on a daily
bases. This increased the ability of the company to control and reconcile inventories based on
root causes.
 Maintained optimum inventory by doing ABC FMS analysis of Agriculture, Commercial, and
Passenger Vehicle Parts.
 Forecasting & Stock turn calculation is carried out on the basis of consumption trend.
 Reviewed inventory reports for accuracy prior to distribution to corporate management. This
included the establishment and implementation of KPI reports.
 Set up and maintained Inventory warehouse locations that improved efficiencies and reduced
picking errors
 Follow-up with purchase department to ensure timely availability of parts.
 Coordination with warehouse team for RCIA, Prepacking of material.
