1. The SPIU shall convene/meet regularly, or as the need arises,
to discuss the requirements and status of Subproject
components and formulate recommendations and initiate the
necessary courses of actions to address or mitigate concerns
affecting implementation; minutes of meetings shall be
submitted to the MDFO.
