Date: Game Report Game Length: U13, U14, U15, U16 – 40-minute halves. 17U-
Age 19U – 45 min halves (no entry in a half)
Group: U12- 35 minute halves (unlimited substitution)

Substitutions: No re-entry per half. Permitted at any stoppage.

Official’s Name (Print) Grade ID Number Substitution Cards: All players reporting into the game will
provide their player pass to the referee prior to entering. The
REF referee will return all player cards at halftime to both teams for
second half.
A1 Referee Fees: 13U-16U - $120 per three-person crew
($50/$35/$35), split evenly between both teams. 17U-19U -
A2 $140 ($60/$40/$40) split between both teams.
$90 per three-person crew ($40/$25/$25), split evenly between
both teams for 9v9.
