A level results
We are thrilled with the fantastic results
of the Year 13 LaSWAP students. Once
again, our pass rate is above the national
headline figure. Having successfully
introduced and embedded new A
level courses, which have little or no
coursework, and are entirely examined at
the end of the two years, we are delighted
to have sustained this excellent A level
success rate (98%) for a second year.
Top grades continue to be an area for
celebration as the second wave of new
demanding and rigorous A levels were
examined for the first time this year. As
ever students achieved their targets
with many exceeding and gaining stellar
results.
LaSWAP is London’s longest-
standing consortium of school Sixth
Forms, and includes La Sainte Union,
William Ellis, Acland Burghley and
Parliament Hill. A level performance at
LaSWAP is comparable with many more
selective institutions. Excellent student
performance reflects a strong work
ethic, and conscientious determination.
Our results are also testament to the
dedication of subject specialists across
LaSWAP, who have worked collaboratively
to meet the challenges of these more
difficult qualifications.

qualifications taken this summer, LaSWAP
