Dear Student,
You are a repeater student of B.B.A. part I, and II Programme. The End Examination
of B.B.A. Part – I and II will be held from 21/06/2010 to 30/06/2010. So please read the
instructions given with this Examination Form carefully, then fill the Examination Form
carefully
and attach a Xerox copy of Mark sheet and DD of correct amount. If you have any
doubt or you are not clear about any instructions then discuss or get it cleared from the study
centre
coordinator.
01. Read all the instructions carefully.
02. A ‘Fresh Student’ is the student of BBA Airline /Air Travel /Aviation Management ) Part – I
& II who
has taken admission in the year 2009-2010.
03. This Examination instruction letter is for “Fresh Students only”. The Student who fail in at
least one
or more subjects and wish to appear for the examination of the said subject will have to fill the
Examination Form (Repeater Student). If the Student is fail in one or more subject of M.B.A.
Part– I & II then you are required to fill Examination Form (Repeater Student) for these subject/
s only.
04. University will conduct examination at 2 centres. You will have to select a examination
centre nearer
to you or suitable to you.
05. A Hall Ticket will be sent to study centre before 15th June, 2010. You should collect your
Hall Tickets
from your study centre before 20th June, 2010.
06. You should be in touch of your Examination centre for seating arrangement will be available
one day
in advance and the information about Examination.
07. The results of this examination will be declared during last week of August 2010. The mark
sheet will
be available at your study centre in second week of August 2010.
08. After receiving Mark-sheet, if you have any doubt about the marks obtained, you can request
for “Verification of marks” by sending a prescribed Application Form and necessary Fees DD
for verification within 30 days of declaration of examination Result. Prescribed “Mark
Verification
Form” is available at your study centre. The fee for Marks Verification is Rs. 200/- for each
Course.
Student Instructions :
09. You should be present at least half an hour earlier on the day of examination and should
occupy your
seat 15 minutes before the examination start time.
10. The Student coming late will be allowed only in first half hour period. He/She will not be
given any
B.B.A. Part–I, II and III (Insurance & Banking, Hotel & Tourism Management : (Repeater Students) : 1
extra time.
11. The student must bring his/her Hall Ticket and Identity Card / Identity Proof and produce the
same
when demanded during the examination sessions.
12. The student must ensure that his/her permanent number and seat number are accurately
written on
the answer book. Do not over write, correct or scratch it.
13. The student should put his/her signature and date in the Jr. Supervisor report/Attendance list,
against
his/her examination number of the concerned subject.
14. The student should not keep any books, papers or other copying material for copying, during
the
examination. If student is caught, coping during examination or during the Central Assessment
Programme a Legal action will be taken on him/her.
15. If student/examinee has used any unfair means; an action will be taken against the
student/examinee
as per the provisions of 1998 Maharashtra act no 31 and provisions under it.
16. The Student may use Non-programmable calculators during the examination for MS-08
course.
17. This examination will be conducted at following 2 examination centres. You can choose the
centre
from the following list.
Examination fees (For Repeater Student Only)
01. Examination fee along with examination Form should be sent in the name of “Finance
officer, Y.C.M.
Open University Nashik 422 222”. The D.D. should of any Nationalized Bank only. The D.D.
of
Co-operative Banks will not be accepted andstudents will loose chance to appear as this
examination form will be returned to student.
02. Students will have to pay Rs.200/- Theory & Practical Rs. 200/- per course + Rs.100/- for
Mark
sheet together.
03. While filling Examination Form student should record (tick marks  ) the subject for which
he/she
wants to appear. The student should check his/her subject once again. Student will not be
allowed to
appear for examination at the last moment. If Student appears his/her result will not be declared,
student should note this point.
Examination Form Submission
04. Examination form along with xerox marksheet and DD of required examination fee will be
accepted
up to 31st May 2010 at your study centers.
05. After receiving your Examination Form and fee by the University. A Hall Ticket will be sent
to study
centre before commencement of examination. You should collect your Hall Ticket from your
study
centre from 15th June 2010.
06. You should be in touch of your examination centre as seating arrangement will be available
one day in
advance and the information about Examination.
07. The results of this examination will be declared during second week of Sept. 2010. The mark
sheet
will be available at your study centre in last week of Sept. 2010.
08. After receiving Mark-sheet, if you have any doubt about the marks obtained, you can request
for
“verification of marks” by sending a prescribed Application Form and necessary Fees DD for

The University has resolved to adopt ‘Marking System’ instead of ‘Grading System’ Thus all
the student’s who are fresh and repeater from 2004 will be given ‘Mark sheet‘ of new marking
system.
Examination Unfair means related 1982 Act of Maharashtra Government clause no. 31 and
related
provisions are known to me and if found guilty an action will as per clause no. 31.
