Facilitated groups provide a great opportunity for parents with young children to meet other parents,
access information and resources, while spending quality time with their children.

Join us for a fitness class for parents to bring their little ones along and get some fresh air.
Our focus will be on strength training for moms with discussions on pelvic floor and core
rehabilitation. All parents and kids are welcome to attend. Class will be weather permitting
Stroller & since it is outdoors - so please dress accordingly. Bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
