Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, it is hereby declared and agreed that
this policy has been renewed with effect from February 14, 2018 up till August 13, 2018 on the
existing basis as follows:

ON VARIOUS MACHINERY SPARE PARTS

OIL TOOLS AND THE LIKE EXCLUDING BOTTLES
GLASSES AND THE LIKE AND GENERAL
GOODS OF EVERY DESCRIPTION,PROPRTY OF
THE INSURED OR HELD BY THEM ON TRUST OR
COMMISSION FOR WHICH THEY ARE LEGALLY
LIABLE WHILST IN TRANSIT WITHIN NIGERIA N15,000,000.00 N180,000,000.00

CONVEYANCE: By Hired and or own vehicle(s)

Entered in our books this 14th day of February, 2018

Consequently a renewal premium of =N=225,000.00 (Two Hundred and Twenty-five

Thousand Naira only) is due from the Insured.

Subject otherwise to the Terms Exception and Conditions of this policy.
