Many thanks for your kind courtesy extended to our Wastewater Treatment & Reuse Manager
Mr. Dilip Tanpure during his visit to your office on 26.05.2014.

Further to your subsequent discussion with Mr. Dilip as we as the site visit of our Commissioning
Engineer Mr. Satheesh Kumar on 28.05.2014; we are pleased to put forward our techno-
commercial proposal for 40,000 GPD Skid Mounted Reverse Osmosis Plant for the above mentioned
project for your kind consideration.

1.0 DESIGN BASIS

● The plant will produce 40,000 GPD of high quality water.

● The design of the plant is based on a bore well feed water TDS of 13,000 ppm.

● The TDS of the product water will be less than 500 ppm.

● The feed water temperature to be maximum 35°C.

● Power supply to the R.O. Plant will be 380/415V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz.

3.0 COMMERCIAL TERMS

Option-1

Our Price for Design, Manufacture, Supply & Commissioning of 40,000 GPD Skid Mounted
Reverse Osmosis Plant with a Bore Well Feed Water TDS of 13,000 ppm as described in
our proposal will be:

UAE Dirhams ….. 215,000.00/Plant

(UAE Dirhams Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Only)

Option-2

Our Price for Design, Manufacture, Supply & Commissioning of 40,000 GPD Reverse
Osmosis Plant installed inside a 20’ Standard, Secondhand, Good Conditioned,
Refurbished, Insulated, Illuminated, Painted & Air-conditioned Container with GRP
Flooring with a Bore Well Feed Water TDS of 13,000 ppm as described in our proposal
will be:

UAE Dirhams ….. 255,000.00/Plant

(UAE Dirhams Two Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Only)

The above cost does not include feed & product water tanks and any plumbing job
outside the purview of the desalination plant.

Terms & Conditions:

● Delivery : Within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of your confirmed order

● Price Basis : Ex-works, Dubai Warehouse
● Payment : 40% advance along with order confirmation
60% prior to delivery
● Validity : 30 days from the date of this offer

4.0 LIST OF EXCLUSIONS

1) The unit shall be completely skid mounted/containerized and hence it requires

positioning at the site to keep the equipment at the place of your choice.

2) Storage tanks for feed and product water.

3) Interconnecting pipes between:

(a) Raw water tank to feed pump
(b) Product line of R.O plant to product tank
(c) Reject line to drain

4) Electrical power supply up to the control panel of the Reverse Osmosis Plant.

5) All kinds of civil works like foundation for the plant and filters, Plant room etc.

6) Site installation.

7) Site storage, loading, offloading etc.

8) All insurance, bank guarantee, performance bond & retention charges.

9) Any other component not specifically mentioned in our proposal.
