Using Data analysis

If we have the raw data set from a given observation summary statistics in the Data Analysis tool:

1 Click Tools and Data Analysis to obtain the list of tools, i.e.

2 Select Descriptive Statistics and click OK to obtain the dialogue box:

3 Enter the following details into each field:

Enter the cell range for data set into the Input Range field
Select columns option box for Grouped BY if data set is arranged in column, Rows if otherwise
Check Labels if name of the data set is included in the input range, don't if otherwise
Select output options
Check summary statistics

4 Click OK
