1. I say that the abovementioned Petitioner viz. Prakash Lakhiram

Sharma has been filed the Petition for Letters of Administration

to the Property and Credits of Saroj Prakash Sharma,

deceased abovenamed.
2. I say that the said Letters of Administration has been granted to

the Petitioner on 30th April, 2016.

3. I say that I am the _____________ and one of the legal heirs and

beneficiary of the deceased abovenamed.

4. I say that I had not any information about the said Petition and

legal proceedings which was taken out by the Petitioner.

Citation of the said Petition and Copy of the said Petition have

also not been served upon me.

6. I say that Since I am one of the legal heirs and beneficiary of

the deceased abovenamed, Certified Copy applied for, is required

to challenge the said Letters of Administration which was

issuance thereof be expedited under the above circumstances.
