WORK DONE ON THE DEPARTMENTAL SITE

Basic Initiatives
 We floated a Google form among the batch and asked for their feedback and suggestions
regarding the department website.
 Improved the SEO of department website. Previously searching “BITS MBA” on google was not
leading to accurate details of the website. But now it is.
 Updated the batch profile (2017-19)

Faculty Page
1. Sorted the names alphabetically as you had instructed.
2. Found the previous technical issues in the name list and fixed it.
3. Removed the details of the faculties who left the department.
4. Included newly added faculty details to the list.
5. Updated the existing faculty designation.

Admission Page
1. Update the extended date of form fillings.
2. Uploaded updates admission brochure by changing the size of the file according to the website
constraints.

Students Activities
1. Contacted Excom president and MRC coordinator for updated details of student activities.
2. Because of delay from their side, we asked the details from individual clubs and edited it before
updating it on the website.
3. Added Sponsorship club tab which absent before.

Interface
1. Updated about Interface.
2. Added the link to interface website.
3. Updated the list of upcoming guest lectures during interface 2018.

Placements Page

1. Updated the current placement committee details.2.Asked for the details regarding the
placement stats of previous batch and uploaded it.
3. Earlier all the placement details were on the same page without any clear grouping or sections.
We updated the page and made separate/individual pages for components like SIP, PS, Placements
etc.
4. Asked Placecom for the 2016-18 batch placement details which they said they will share later in
detail. But we took a partial data of the same from Mr. Tabir Mishra.

Corporate relation
1. Updated the list of guest lecture that happened.
2. Updated list of workshops that happened until 21st March 2018.

Design works:

1. Designed the ICEBM A3 pamphlet according to the outline mentioned by Nirankush

Sir.
2. Designed poster to be uploaded on social media sites like Facebook, Google plus,
Twitter.
3. Designed posters to be uploaded on the ICEBM website homepage.
4. Updated pictures of the following headers:

 Under conference theme:

Website Info updating:

6. Updated the website to 2019 info.

7. Updated the Registration fees for ICEBM 2019.
8. Included drop down for ICEBM 2015 and 2017 as instructed by Nirankush Sir.
9. Linked the 2017 info to the drop down.
10. Could not link 2015 since we don’t have the data.
11. Updated the important dates for ICEBM 2019.
12. Removed conference secretariat
13. Updated conference convener list.
