Subject: RE: Debug Change Access

Hi Rahul,

Thanks for your immediate response.

As mentioned earlier, these issues are not due to some process or data issue. These are random issues
which occurs due to unknown factors which is really unthinkable. However, we will try our level best to
analyze it further in association with SAP.

Meanwhile we are expecting mutual support from the audit and authorization team to support and
deliver the business continuity.

@Samrat: Please provide debug change access to clear below incidents due to month end activities.

Regards,
Chandra.

Subject: RE: Debug Change Access

Hi Chandra,

I can understand the concern. Samrat has already scheduled a meeting for change ‘Debug’ access in
PAD. We can discuss such recurrent issues and possible solutions/workaround/mitigating controls
in the same meeting. As of now, I would request you to try and identify the root-cause for such
issues to minimize the usage of direct changes in the production environment. However,
considering this issue and response from SAP, we can follow the same process which was earlier
communicated to Authorization and Automotive team i.e. to perform review and sign-off of
log/trace files and retention of such records/communications.

Thanks & Regards,

Subject: Debug Change Access

Dear Rahul,

This is with reference to advise by Samrat. Kindly advice on below request to proceed with same.

I need debug change access in PAD system for below Incidents. This issue occurred due to database
inconsistency while opening the job card which cannot be simulated.
We have already raised this issue to SAP. After analyzing the issue, SAP recommended us to manage the
data correction from database level to enable business to proceed with subsequent steps.
SAP does not have any solution for this issue yet and this is a frequent issue. Every time raising this issue
to SAP, we will be getting same reply. Hence we need debug change access for such kind of issues in
future as well.

Please suggest.
