In every prosecution for any misdemeanor against this Ordinance the Court. may allow the expenses of the prosecution in all respects as it cases of felony. 16, Misdemeanors aguinst this Ordinance shall be prosecuted or tried at the Su- ‘preme Court only. 17, The word “Trasteo” shall in this Ordinance mean a trustee on some express trast ereated by some deed, will, or instrument in writing, and shall also include the heir ‘and personal representative of any euch trustee, and also all executors and adiniuistra- tors, liquidators under the Joint Stock Companies Acts of the Imperial Parliament and all assignees in bankruptey aud insolvency ‘The word “Property” shall inélude ovory description of real and personal pro ‘perty, goods, raw or other materials, money, dcbts, aud legacies, and all deeds and instruments relating to or evidencing the title or right to any property, or giving a writ™ to recover or receive any woney or goods; and such word “Property” shall also denoto fand include not only such real and personal property as may have been the original subject of a trust, but also any real or personal property into which the same may bavo been converted or exchanged, and the proceeds thorvof respectively, and angthing ac- quired by such proceeds. ‘ [Repeated by Ordinance No. 11 of 1565.) [10th July, 1860.] 'HEREAS it is expediont to constitute a tribunal within this Colony with anthor- ity to make inquiry into charges of incompeteney or misconduct on the part cof masters and mates of ships, and as to catualtics affecting ships: Be it, therefore, enteted and ordained by His Exeelleney the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice of ‘the Legislative Council thereof, as follows: 2 41.
