Mayan Number Essences - Set 1


These essences are made by following the Sacred Tzolkin Mayan Calendar. Each essence
is made within a Mayan Fire Ceremony in order to capture the energetic imprint of each
particular number. The Mayan numbers relate to deep internal energies within our
being.



One - “Hun” (pron: hun)

New Beginnings:
This remedy helps you to nurture and grow new projects or undertakings, and take the baby-
steps required when you are beginning something new or making a new start. It will help you to
nourish the seeds of ideas and tend the young shoots just beginning to grow, so that whatever
you are doing will strengthen and flourish.



Two - “Kaib” (pron: kie-eeb)

Partnerships, Duality:
This is an essence that helps you to find the “mid-point” of balance and equilibrium between
extremes. It helps heal splits or divisions within oneself and within relationships or partnerships
of any kind. It tempers competition, polarised viewpoints, or black and white thinking and helps
restore harmony, trust and guidance from the heart.

Three - “Oxib” (pron: osh-eeb)

Multiplication, Abundance:
This essence will help you to find freedom if you are caught in a trap, a negative cycle or a
pattern of behaviour that may be exacerbating feelings of lack or powerlessness. The remedy
helps you to regain a balanced perspective so you can move into feelings of plenty, prosperity
and abundance and are more able to multiply and capitalise on the positive aspects of your life.

Four - “Wajib” (pron: wah-heeb)

The Four Elements:
This remedy will help you to find a balanced, grounded perspective and hold steady the 4 pillars
that give strength and steadfastness to your body and mind. It will help you to balance the four
elements of fire, earth, air and water within your Being, as well as assisting you to find a
positive balance, outwardly, in the different areas of your life.

Five - “Hoob” (pron: hoh-ob)

Jobs, Tasks, Projects:
This essence will help you to galvanise your energy so that you are able to complete a task or
job that you really wish to do, but seem to be blocked in some way. You may have already
started, or be procrastinating about beginning, and the task may be small and everyday, or
relate to your life’s purpose, but in whatever case, this remedy will help your creative fire
energy to flow in order to get down to the job in hand.
