2.) JOB DESCRIPTION

 GENERAL ASSEMBLY:
A General Assembly is the highest policy-making body of the co-operative and is the final authority in the management
and administration of the affairs of the co-operative. It is composed of members who are entitled to vote, duly
assembled and constituting quorum.

 BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
As the highest leadership body of the organization and to satisfy its fiduciary duties, the board is responsible for
determining the mission and purposes of the organization selecting and evaluating the performance of the chief
executive strategic and organizational planning, ensuring strong fiduciary oversight and financial management,
fundraising and resource development, approving and monitoring the organization’s programs and services, enhancing
the organization’s public image, assessing its own performance as the governing body of the organization.
 SECRETARY: Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary. Managing the daily/weekly/monthly
agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and
forms.
 TREASURER: Responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company's
financial activities. Principal Accountabilities: Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds
available for investment
 MED CON COM: Healthcare providers need medical consultants to take care of business-related issues so they
can focus on the priority of treating patients. As a medical consultant, you'll help improve the efficiency of
physicians and healthcare facilities by solving some of their most complex business problems.
 ETHICS COM: he position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with
the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and
that behavior in the organization meets the company's Standards of Conduct.
 MANAGEMENT STAFF: Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and
appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing
systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
 OTHER COM: Prepares treatment rooms for meetings/etc. Performs basic clerical duties including answering
phones, maintaining records, and filing. Performs basic material management function to include ordering and
stocking of supplies. Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

 AUDIT COM:
Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and
documentation. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation. Completes audit work papers by
documenting audit tests and findings.

 ELECTION COM - assume responsibility for different parts of the election process according to their position within the
committee. They are also responsible for announcing the electoral results. Tasks undertaken by the secretary. The secretary is
responsible for the authentication of eligible voters.
