Due to Safety Issues CSD Stopped all the activities Related to Transformers for 2 weeks from 01.11.2016
due to safety Issues in SGTs and GTs . Because of this the activity for SGTs and GTs started delayed and
completed in month of January

In the month of November we have completed 30 % of our Testing and commissioning activity. We
submitted a letter to PMD Requesting for additional CSD as we had many activities to start in Parallel.
But no Extra manpower provided from CSD

Many Final settings and Some major drawings are not received from SEC PMD to complete our activities
as per plan

FCCS scheme already completed with CSD witness. But as per the CSD requirement again FCCS scheme
modified as per SS9052 and again completed with witness in October month

CSD refused to start the SAS Open loop without approved SPL and approved SOE . We received the
approved SPL Rev 07 on 26.12.2016.We received the approved SOE on 08.02.17 . After receiving the
approved SPL and SOE , configurations are made in SAS Database as per the SPL and SOE , Scheme
modifications as per SPL and SOE and Pre check done.

SSEM requested officially 25.01.2017 for witnessing the SAS activities in Double shift in order to
complete the SAS Activities in rush Basis in order to achieve our target date of Energization.

SSEM on 21.02.2017 again revised the master Plan because there was no any response from SEC for the
letter submitted for double shift and again requested for extended CSD witnessing hours . But SEC not
accepted for Double shift

SAS open loop started from 22.02.2017. After start of Open Loop many modifications in Littra and
addition of new signals and address were raised by CSD . SO CSD required modifications are
implemented. Again configuration done in SAS Data base Pre check done again. This resulted in
extension of Open loop up to July.

After Completing the open Loop 27.07.2017 Updated SPL submitted to SEC . On 08.08.17 Received
comments in Submitted SPL after the Open loop Test Completion. Meeting held with SEC concerned
Department on 16.08.17, 17.09.17 to clarify the regrouping and addition of signals. 28.09.17 Final
Meeting held and finalized the regrouping of signals and addition of 1000 new signals. SPL updated and
submitted to SEC as per the SEC requirement. 29.10.2017 Rev 8 SPL got approved from SEC. After
approval configuration done in SAS again Precheck done for added and regrouped Signals. Open Loop
Started Again. 14.11.2017 Open loop completed for regrouped signals and Data Entry submitted to
CRCC.

After Approval of submitted Data Entry List Close Loop Started from 25.12.2017 . 25.01.2018 CRCC made
comments in approved DATA entry List. AS per SEC requirement SSEM updated the SPL and Submitted
Rev 9 and addresses were shifted and configurations changed in SAS as per the SEC Requirement.

Close Loop was in Progress. As per the CSD Requirement Nine 132 KV Spare Lines are changed to Used
Lines . Modifications are done in all Used Lines , Relay testing ,scheme check, open loop ,close loop, trip
Test done for all these 8 modified 132 KV Used Lines.

The Major delay is due to delay in approval of SPL and SOE from SEC .

Too Many modifications in Littra of SPL as per CSD.

Many changes in Approved SPL and Data Entry which is already approved

Addition 8 used Lines in 132 KV system

Delay in providing the approved Settings and Approved scheme from SEC .
