ABSENCE
Absence for medical or other extenuating circumstances must be supported by documentary evidence. A student who
is absent without explanation for an extended period of time will be presumed to have withdrawn from the course. The
CLL reserves the right to cancel a class if the tutor is absent due to illness or unavoidable circumstances. A replacement
class will be scheduled at a time suitable for the majority of the class.

ASSESSMENT
There will be 100% in-course testing. Tests will usually be
scheduled at mid and end of semester. Alternate arrangements
for testing are solely at the discretion of the teacher. Students
who arrive late for tests will not be granted extra time beyond
the scheduled test time.
Students absent from a test will be considered to have failed
the test.
CERTIFICATION
An official record is given after successful completion
of 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A.
A certificate of proficiency is awarded after successful
completion of each LEVEL (e.g. 1B; 2B; 3B; 4B).
A picture I.D. is required when collecting results.
