◆Job Description
All service related to the users of health care facility for the elderly. Basic care giving work such
as assistance of meals, bathing, and toileting, etc. We provide each users' individual care according
to the care plan. At the health care facility for the elderly, a variety of occupation work and
cooperate each other to provide care service. Since the facility is for the elderly, work of care
workers differs in many ways as users' requests or stages such as to support rehabilitation, to
support go back home and take medical treatment at home, or to take part in life-ending stage.

11.Wage raise
Basic salary shown is the basic salary of when an employee is 21 years old. Until the
employee turns to 24 years old, base salary raises 2,200 yen every year. Based on the
employee evaluation, job evaluated wage raises. By raising employment rank, job evaluated
wage raises as well.

12.Bonus
In previous fiscal year, the amount equivalent with 2 months of basic salary,
qualification allowance and managerial position allowance was paid in summer and winter.
Total amount was equivalent with 4 months of them.
When the employment term for the employee evaluation was not enough, distribution is
divided proportionally.

13.Retirement allowance

◆Special remarks
The ideal candidate: Who cares users and give care service to them. Who can learn together with
employees and enhance each other.
Training aid: Utilize subsidy of Aichi prefecture and support to take training.
Support system: Japanese language instructor (former Japanese teacher at school) comes to the
facility twice a week and teach Japanese in first year. From second year, instructor of
preparation course of national exam, comes to the facility once a week and support studying.
Since 6 Indonesians are already working at the facility, so you can ask any questions at any
time. Many kinds of professionals work at the facility such as doctors, nurses,
physical/occupational therapists, and speech-language-hearing therapists, etc. besides
certified care workers, and you can ask questions any time.
Qualification allowance of care worker: 12,000 yen per month, added to bonus as well.

◆Introduction of the Facility


The facility locates a minute access to Sakura-mae station of MEITETSU. The place is convenient
since express trains stop at this station. A supermarket locates next to the facility and is
also convenient for shopping. The place is easy to live in since it is not too urban and also
too rural. It takes an hour an 20 minutes to Chubu International Airport from Sakura-mae
station and convenient when going back to Indonesia.
The Health Care Facility for the Elderly was established 20 years ago. The corporation runs
private serviced nursing home for the elderly, group home, day service center, multifunctional
long-term care in a small group home, and clinic, etc. All facilities located in Nishio city.
We would like to share our experience earned by operating such facilities with care worker
candidates.
Our employees care users to have a better living and take into actions. We have a great
environment to gain the qualification since our employees are excellent.

Method of Training
1) Prepare internet environment at home or facility. Support online study.
2) 235,000 yen is planned as a subsidy for care worker candidates in Aichi prefecture. (this may not be
subsidized when budget was denied. Even if it was paid, it will be reduced since the term is short in
first year.) We utilize the subsidy to buy workbooks and to pay training.
3) No plan to have the candidate attend a training school.
4) Fees to take mock exams of various organizations are at own expenses. However, it may be subsidized
when the budget is enough.
5) The corporation conduct 4 to 6 mock exams in a year. They are voluntary and free of charge.
6) Taking care worker training seminar is approved when the fee is within the subsidy amount.
7) Instructor of preparation course of national exam comes to the facility once a week. Candidates attend
the seminar from second year.
Other descriptions
Attendance of each seminars is determined upon meetings with care worker candidates. We have a
qualification support team inside the training committee. They prepare questions for care worker
candidates.
After checking the results of mock exams, training supporter supports individual study when necessary.

<Subjects for practical examination>


Method of Training
1) Taking "care skill seminar", mandatory for the national exam is required in third year. Tuition fee is
subsidized. The seminar is at the care seminar training school in the city next to Nishio, and candidates
can attend the school.
2) Employees teach general care skill courteously. We have tutor system so that candidates can ask their
tutor when they do not understand.
