Based on the results of the study, presented some suggestions: (1) to a school counselor
should use the technique of cognitive restructuring to improve the efficacy of self-making
career decisions of students, (2) for further research suggested that examines the cognitive
aspects of the students in the use of techniques cognitive restructuring and further deepen the
discussion of the aspects of career decision-making self-efficacy, (3) for students to use
cognitive restructuring techniques to improve career decision making self-efficacy, (4) for the
students suggested that using the research results as a reference to support lectures and
conducting advanced research.
