College Department, with 153 respondents composed of the registrar and
teachers, staff, and students.
The project was designed using the Software Development Life Cycle,
specifically the Agile Model. The activities included Requirements
gathering, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy and Review.
Findings
After the gathered data was calculated, the researchers came out
with the following results and findings:
1. Functionality Criterion has a total mean of 4.46 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
vi
2. Efficiency Criterion has a total mean of 4.35 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
3. Usability Criterion has a total mean of 4.60 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Excellent.
4. Reliability Criterion has a total mean of 4.41 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
5. Maintainability Criterion has a total mean of 4.48 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
6. Portability Criterion has a total mean of 4.49 equivalent to
qualitative rating of Very Satisfactory.
7. The Overall Criteria has a total mean of 4.47 equivalent to a
qualitative rating of very satisfactory.
Conclusions
The following conclusions were drawn:
1. The website was able to provide useful reports like grades and its
remarks. It also provides useful information like announcements
and news about the school.
