The Top Fifteen Winners in the individual writing categories and the Top Three Winners in group competitions, like Radio Broadcasting, Collaborative Desktop Publishing and school paper contests will qualify for the 2018 Division Press Conference. 3. __ Participation of student and pupil writers in this prestigious endeavor is encouraged. District Supervisors/OICs, school heads and teachers concemed are advised to employ safety and precautionary measures to ensure the well- being of all delegates. 4. Travel, meals, registration fee of One Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 150) and other incidental expenses ‘of delegates shall be chargeable against Campus Journalism!
