STEP-BY-STEP QUALITY CONTROL We use advanced high-precision control and measurement
Quality Control employees carry out stringent control at all stages equipment:
of the manufacturing process, including: : — МТР 9000 Optical Reflectometer;
— incoming control of materials; — Yokogawa AQ7260 Optical Time Domain Reflectometer;
— measuring parameters of each optical fiber; — Ando AQ6319 Spectrum Analyzer;
— control of fiber length in the tubes; — PK2500 Optical Spectrum Analyzer;
— verification of compliance with the design requirements; — PK2400 Fiber Geometry System;
— checking resistance and tightness of the jacket — EXFO FTB-400 Universal Test System;
(for armored cables); — Zumbach Geometry Testers.
— control of marking and packaging.
All measurements are recorded and analyzed for further quality

Best Materials
To produce Incab cables, we use the most advanced materials OTHER MATERIALS
available in the market. — color ink (DSM Desotech, Herkula);
— water-blocking gel (Unigel, Itcogel);
CORNING® SMF-28® ULTRA — PBT (BASF, DuPont);
Advantages:
— fiberglass rods (Indore, AKSH);
— Increased equipment efficiency, 10% less fiber attenuation.
— steel zinc-coated wire (Orlovskie Metizy, Severstal Metizy);
— Significantly improved reliability and resistance to installation — steel zinc-coated rope (Severstal Metizy);
damages. Ten times higher bend-resistance compared to standard — aramid yarn (Kolon, Kevlar, Twaron);
single-mode fibers. — polyester binder yarn (Roblon, Fiberline, GOTEX);
— steel laminated tape (ShangHai WangXun, LongVision);
— halogen-free materials (AlphaGary, LamPlast);
BOREALIS BIMODAL POLYETHYLENE — fiberglass yarns (Roblon, FiberLine, Gotex);
Advantages: — water-blocking tape (Lanton, Shenyang Tianrong,
— Low shrinkage and high resistance to temperature changes. Lantor, DEUK YOUNG);
— Installation temperatures down to -30 C. — water-blocking yarn (Lantor, FiberLine, Roblon, Gotex, FiberLine)
— steel tape (DMA INOX);
— aluminum (RusAl).

Types and Parameters of Optical Fiber
Corning® SMF-28® Ultra Fiber is used in all Incab cables. Its fiber attenuation is at least 10% lower than that of the other standard
single-mode fibers. It is 10-times more bend-resistant compared to other standard single-mode fibers, and is 100%-compatible with other
single-mode fibers. We normally use Corning optic fibers in our cables, but we can also use fibers of other manufacturers on request.

TRANSPORTATION: MAINTENANCE:
1. Do not lay drums on the flange. 1. Keep drums protected from external actions, sun,
2. The drums should be fixed. No nailing is allowed while precipitation and dust.
fixing the drums. 2. Do not lay drums on the flange.
3. The truck should have a wooden floor. 3. Storage temperature range is from -60 °С…+70 °С.
INSTALLATION GUIDES:
1. The cables are meant for hand and mechanic installation.
2. Cable termination and installation should be done in ways and
with instruments that eliminate the danger of cable damage.
3. Basic requirements:
Length of cable axial torsion at an angle ±360° ≥4 m
Admissible static bending radius for duct cables ≥250 mm
Admissible static bending radius of loose tube ≥20х cable diameter
