EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, made and entered into in the Municipality

of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines, by and between -
JULIEFE PAJEL CARLOMAN, of legal age, married to Joel S.
Carloman, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal
address at Tugop, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay; and
JEANNETE S. PAJEL, of legal age, single, Filipino
citizen, with residence and postal address at Magdaop,
Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
WITNESSETH: THAT -
WHEREAS, on March 13, 2005, JULIETA SADERA PAJEL died
intestate in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines leaving her
shares, rights, interests, and participations in two(2) parcels
of land situated at Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines,
particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land (Lot 1373-G-1) of the subd. plan, Psd-09-047763,
being a portion of lot 1573-G, Psd-09-003938, LRC Rec .Cad. No. situated in
the Brgy. of Don Andres, Mun. of Ipil, Prov. of Zambo. Sibugay, Island of
Mindanao...containing an area of “EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY FOUR(8,334) SQUARE METERS..,” more or less, and more
particularly described in “Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-46,662” of the
“Registry of Deeds for the Province of Zamboanga Del Sur”.

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 1373-G-3) of the subd. plan, PSD 09-047763,
situated in the Brgy of Don Andres, Mun. of Ipil, Prov. of Zambo. Sibugay,
Island of Mindanao... containing an area of “SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED ONE(7,401) SQUARE METERS...”more or less, and more
particularly described in “Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-46,664,” of the
“Registry of Deeds for the Province of Zamboanga Del Sur”.

WHEREAS, the decedent, JULIETA SADERA PAJEL, left no other

known properties, real or personal, in and outside of Zamboanga
Sibugay, Philippines, except her shares, interests, and
participations in the abovementioned parcel of land;
WHEREAS, there are no known debts or obligations of any
kind that have not been paid or settled nor is there any claim
against the said property;
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the sole and only heirs of
the decedent entitled to succeed to her estate;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing

premises, and invoking the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of
the Rules of Court, the parties hereto have agreed, as they
hereby do so agree, to ADJUDICATE the above estate among
themselves in equal shares as indicated below, such that,
thereafter, the same shall be owned and/or co-owned as follows,
to wit:

1. JULIEFE PAJEL CARLOMAN . . . . . .. . .. ONE-HALF(1/2) share

2. JEANNETE SADERA PAJEL . . . . . . . . . . ONE-HALF(1/2) share
subject, however, to contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs,
or other persons who might have been deprived of lawful
participation in the estate of the decedent, for a period of two
years from and after the settlement and distribution thereof, in
accordance with the provisions of Section 4, Rule 74 of the
Rules of Court.
