Engr. Demdam:

We, fifth year Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering students are required to conduct a
research proposal in our research subject, CE 501 – Thesis 1. Our research proposal entitled
“Design of Two - Storey Green Building for kindergarten in Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Davao
Occidental” needs to use surveying equipment and apparatus which readily available in Civil
Engineering Laboratory.

List of apparatus and equipment to be used:

1. Total Station / Theodolite

2. Tripod
3. Stadia
4. Meter Tape

With that, we would like to ask permission to your good office to allow us to bring the listed
apparatus and equipment in the area located at Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Davao City to be used
for the entire 1st Semester SY 2018-2019 (Monday to Saturday) from 8:00 in the morning until
5:00 in the afternoon.
