Description:
Leisue Inc’s Business Analyst is responsible for the review, analyzation and evaluation of business systems and

user needs. The BA documents requirements that defines scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel

overall business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
 Decompose features into stories

 Work collaboratively with Product Management Team to identify a minimum viable product, balancing

functional, architectural & user experience considerations

 Ensure end-to-end process integrity is maintained across multiple systems and business units

 Facilitate an agile estimation / prioritization / planning workshop (Program Increment Planning)

 Capture detailed requirements using acceptance criteria scenarios

 Ensure a quality end-product by collaborating closely with your scrum team throughout delivery

 Identify & manage risks, issues & dependencies

 Work closely with the Development team, evaluate system solutions, research competitor products,

analyze current products and services.

 Maintain high-level over-arching lean documentation for all functionality delivered

 Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

 Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures

 Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports;

recommending actions

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

 4 years of experience in IT project management

 Highly experienced working alongside with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Visual Designer, Developers

& Testers

 Working knowledge of IT internet industry, CRM product or SAAS web application is a plus

 Enthusiastic to join a rapidly evolving, fast-paced start-up environment

 Must possess a good critical thinking ability.
