High Voltage:
High Voltage is the voltage class
starting from 69kV up to 550kV
whereby from 220kV and up, it is
also referred to as Extra High Volt
ClickFit Concept
ClickFit accessories are plug in type accessories. The cable ends are
prepared and installed with the ClickFit connector. The cable end can
be used for any ClickFit termination.
ClickFit Locking Mechanism
The ClickFit system has a locking mechanism, fixating the cable inside
the accessory, thereby keeping the cable in place while the cable
endures the stresses from heating and cooling during operation.

Damage to electrical cables at the point Physical injuries. Shield electrical conduits with a conductor or casing. Possibly apply a pull
where they enter the pit. relief overhead. Checked daily.
Caving in of the trench wall. Physical injuries. Ensure the cladding has been fitted by the contractor according to the
calculations.
Falling into trench. Physical injuries. The trench is to be marked with signs and ribbon where located near
roads and paths.
Insufficient accessibility of the trench. Physical injuries by stumbling and twisting. Trench should be designed according to the situation to allow maximum
accessibility. Adapted to the type of soil and the depth of the trench, thus
creating a safe bank.
The entry should be free of obstacles.
Checked daily.
Fire and explosion through use of naked Physical injuries and material damage. Sub and secondary contractors should stay outside the area with the “No
flames and the presence of flammable smoking or naked flame” sign. Head contractor responsible for action.
