Detailed write up:

make some windows updates or download 2 the KB Files and install them
Install vcredist, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2015
Install Netframework 4,6,1
reboot
install setup
Copy Offboarddiaglauncher.exe to Offboard_service_system_engineering in program
files or (x86), run it from there, now it starts and asks for key, open keygen,
make name, tick box for HW-ID and click generate , enter details in the app and
click register , now the odis should start, Now you update postsetup, you select
the directory above odis_engineering so if it was c:/odis_engineering i would
select C:/

Aft update , go to admin and put the location of the odx project by pointing to the
update.xml or info.xml inside the brands folders A,C,E,L,N,S,V,

then go to update odx packages , it will update the packages and put them in the
correct location .
