2. The above services are sourced from approved service providers as indicated in the
AMC summary either as per AMC or call basis as indicated in the AMC summary.
3. The visits of service providers are tracked through AMC tracker vis-a-vis respective
AMC of concerned service provider by ADMIN Executive for timely and effective
service and corresponding service visit report /complaint report/invoice as applicable.
4. The AMCs/ Service level agreements are tracked by Admin Executive for:
a) Renewal (based on expiry date of AMC),
b) Quality of service provider
c) Timeliness of service of respective service provider.
