Let the students ponder about this
statement
“A person’s position in the linear
spectrum of political attitudes determines
the magnitude of change that he or she
wants and the type of methods he or she
wishes to use in achieving this end.”
Round Robin Discussion
The class will be divided into ten groups
and will be given assigned topics by the
teacher. Each student in the group will
share something with his or her
teammates. The ideas that will be
generated will be presented to the class.

Corners
The teacher will give the students some
alternatives regarding the ideology best
suited to the country. The students will
go to the corners which signify their
choice. The students with each corner
will defend their choice of ideology.

The teacher will flash pictures portraying
different kind of events and the students
will determine which political ideology
corresponds to it.

reflected in your own family?
3. Why are ideologies considered important
in the political world?
D. Evaluate
The students will answer “Reflect Upon”
on page 27 of their books.
Socio-Drama
The students will divided into four groups.
The teacher will assign them various
situations involving conflict. The students
will decide what political ideology can
provide solution in in that conflict and will
dramatize the solution to the whole class.
Answer “Beyond Walls” pp 29 on the
learning module.
