 Summary of my Project

Security system through IP cameras in the INEGI

The project is based on the most detailed form of the importance of a security system
through IP cameras in the INEGI, which has infinities of material, computer, industrial
and technological resources that can be implemented or restructured to prevent
insecurity against theft of equipment and materials, as well as other resources used
within it.

It is observed, the need to take measures to prevent thefts and delinquency against
the company and the workers of the same, since, this could diminish the income,
affecting the finances of the company due to the loss of products and also
diminishing the confidence of the employees, which consequently creates an
environment of insecurity at the time of being in the facilities.

Therefore, the objective of this project is to design a CCTV (Closed Circuit

Television) monitoring system, which covers not only a single area, but a general
level and strategic areas, giving use to inputs, material resources, technological and
computer to improve and / or enable the service and operation of the internal
network, in the same way help the people in charge of surveillance to control access
effectively.

The CCTV Monitoring System contains project management that helps to develop
the system step by step, which includes why the need to adopt and develop a CCTV
system for INEGI, as well as the study of the analysis of the main problems and
solutions that will be granted with the developed system.

The first Management that is the one of integration has like purpose to give to know
the analysis of the problematic, the development of the project, the inspections of
the site and the planes of the company where the CCTV system will be developed,
as well as a brief description of the operation of the system once it has been
delivered.
In scope management will be found points in which is involved, constitutive act,
defining duration of the project and points agreed by the company and the project
director, contain of a life cycle of the project, accompanied by the activities that are
carried out during the completion project.

In the Time/Human Resources Management is involved the planning and estimation

of activities, in addition to defining each of them in their respective time, you will also
see an organizational chart of the project, description of the positions, as well as the
salary of each person with a position within the project.

The Communication/Cost Management contain the planning of communications

within the project staff and due control thereof, as well as of project costs, in which
the costs of material resources, human resources and expenses are identified of the
same.

It also contains a quality management in which the standards applied to the project
for its subsequent quality are mentioned, a risk management in which each of the
possible risks that may occur in the project and its solutions are analyzed, in the
management of acquisitions will encounter the materials acquired, as well as
suppliers, proposals and purchases of inputs and finally the management of
stakeholders where the people interested in the development of the project will be
identified.

All this is answered with the project completed and delivered, thus providing the
CCTV monitoring system to INEGI, maintaining its safety and protection of the staff
of that institution, taking this into account, it is recommended that the closed circuit
TV system be updated every determined time with new technologies, not to be
completely obsolete and not present problems in the future.
