TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF 30 kVA LIQUID COOLED KOEL GREEN DIESEL GENERATING SET
A) DIESEL ENGINE: -
"KOEL" Make diesel engine Model 3R1040T G1 , Three cylinders, Liquid cooled, developing 42 bhp @
1500 RPM. 3R1040T G1 is Inline, electric start, compression ignition, 4 strokes, designed to run
continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard. Diesel Engine will comply

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF KIRLOSKAR GREEN ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE CONSTRUCTION
Following are some technical features of Acoustic Enclosure:-
1. The enclosure is modular in construction
2. Base frame is made of Sheet metal.
3. Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors.
4. Doors are gasket with high quality EDPN gasket.
CORROSION RESISTANCE:-
To make the enclosure weather proof: -
1. All sheet metal parts/components are hot dipped in seven tanks process, pretreated and passivated.
2. Sheet metal components are painted with P.P base power.
3. Base frame is epoxy coated.
4. Zinc passivated hardware is used to avoid rusting
ACOUSTIC INSULATION:
1. Sound proofing of the enclosure done with quality Foam confirming to IS: 8183.

2. Acoustic form shall be fire retarded and fire resistant.
3. Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit to and from the container.
4. Specially designed Residential Silencer is provided.
VENTILATION AND AIR CIRCULATION:
Exhaust pipe is thoroughly insulated by covering it with glass wool and further gladded in Enclosure.
ELECTRICAL:
Neutral Body earthing points at the sides of enclosure are isolated through Dough Molded compound.
SOUND LEVEL
The canopies being offered are for output of < 75 dbA at a distance of 1-meter average around the set conforming
CPCB Norms.

TRANSIT INSURANCE
You shall arrange the transit insurance of the equipment from our works up to the destination at extra cost.
GOVT. LEVIES
Any entry tax or any such Govt. charges applicable at the entry point of the destination will be to your account.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
Incase of order cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstance at customer end cancellation charge @2.5% on
order value will be deducted from advance paid.
VALIDITY
Our offer shall remain valid till 15 days from the date of issue and would be subject to our confirmation in writing
thereafter.
DELIVERY
Within 2-3 weeks the date of receipt of your Techno-commercially clear & firm Purchase Order along with
advance, subject to Force Majeure condition and unforeseen delay which is beyond our / suppliers control.
PAYMENT
100 % payment along with the purchase order by RTGS / DD infavour of M/s. SIVA SIVANI INDUSTRIES.

KIRLOSKAR GREEN D.G. SET WARRANTY

This warranty is applicable to R/HA/R1040/R1080/SL90/K series Kirloskar Green Gen Sets. The warranty is for 18
months from date of dispatch from our AGOEM factory or from 12 months from the date of commissioning or
3600 hours of operation whichever is earlier. Customers can also to avail extended warranty of 2 years or 5000
hours, from the date of installation, whichever is earlier, subject to use of Kirloskar K Oil, Kirloskar genuine filters, K
cool super plus and services sourced through KOEL authorised Service Dealer.
Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. hereby warrants that this Kirloskar Green Genset is free from defects in material, design
and workmanship.
This warranty shall be limited for repairs and replacement under normal use, regular check up and maintenance of
the Kirloskar Green Genset as per our maintenance schedule and purchase and servicing of the Kirloskar Green
Genset through our authorised dealer.
This warranty is the only document given by us warranting the Kirloskar Green Genset. No other document giving
any warranty terms conflicting these contents shall be considered and entertained.
Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. is not liable to service, or repair of Kirloskar Green Genset free of costs during the
warranty period, for the Kirloskar Green Genset purchased from person other than an authorised person or DG
set Dealer or AGOEM of Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd.

Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, labour charges or the effect
of any accident resulting from defective material, faulty workmanship or otherwise. In any case the liability of
Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. will not exceed the Kirloskar Green Genset price or the market value of the Kirloskar
Green Genset, whichever is lower and shall be without interest.
This warranty does not apply for the following:
1. The Kirloskar Green Genset or engine failure due to any misuse including improper shutdown, improper
handling and adjustments, negligence, over speeding, alteration of specification and due to accident or
Act. Of God.
2. Kirloskar Green Genset or engine if not maintained as per the maintenance schedule given by Kirloskar Oil
Engines Ltd.
3. If K-Cool Super plus engine coolant is not used for water-cooled Genset.
Damage due to improper installation of the parts, components and accessories.
4. For the parts supplied under warranty or voluntarily or at special rates or free of charge, the warranty will
be applicable only to the unexpired portion of D G Set warranty.
5. Damage due to use of improper lubricant or the lubricant used other than suggested by Kirloskar Oil
Engines Ltd.
6. Normal wear and tear of the components of Kirloskar Green Genset / Engine.
Warranty period for DG set components is as below.
a. Engine / alternator: 2 years
b. Battery, safety system, wiring harness, rubber components of engine, rubber sealing of canopy,
hinges and locks: 12 months and excluded from 2 years warranty.
c. Control panel and control panel parts: 6 months and excluded from 2 years warranty.
7. For resale of Kirloskar Green Genset or if the Kirloskar Green Genset purchased is second hand.
Any claim or obligation in connection with the sale or performance of Kirloskar Green Genset
Shall be subject to Pune Jurisdiction.

Conditions precedent to Kirloskar Green Genset warranty.

The Kirloskar Green Genset warranty given by the company is subject to the below condition which are to be
observed by every purchaser/user of Kirloskar Green Genset, without which the warranty claims if any will be
rejected.

A. Proper installation of the Kirloskar Green Genset is the sole responsibility of the owner of the Kirloskar
Green Genset / purchaser of the Genset.
B. Operation & Maintenance as recommended by the company within the limits mandated by the
specifications.
C. Any defective part claimed, to be returned to Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., if such part is replaced by the
company under warranty, the returned part becomes the property of the company, this transportation
charges to be paid by the customer.
D. Incase of interchange of part between Kirloskar Green Gensets / Engine shall void the warranty.
Unauthorized repair work will make the warranty null & void.
The warranty detailed above is offered for the Kirloskar green power ideas Diesel Genset consisting of Kirloskar
Engine, Kirloskar Green AC Generator & sound proof enclosure branded Kirloskar Green and control panel.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All orders are subject to our Order Acceptance in writing.
2. All offers and orders are subject to the General Terms & condition of sale.
3. Any amount received as advance from the Customer / Purchaser is for mobilization of the order & will not
attract any interest there of.
4. All disputes and / or differences arising out of the order / Contract against our Offer shall be referred to
Arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation ACT 1996 And/or any statutory modification in force thereof
and such arbitration are Subject to Rajahmundry Jurisdiction.
EXCLUDED FROM OUR SCOPE:
1. Civil work at site.
2. Cable work from genset control panel to Change over switch.
3. Earth Pits excavation and earth connections.
4. Supply of consumables like diesel or any unless otherwise specified in writing in our offer.
5. Unloading, Shifting and Placement of DG Set on foundation bed.
