4x150TPD Sponge Iron and 215Cubic meter Mini Blast Furnace and 2x30MT
Induction Furnace by Megatherm.
 Preparing purchase orders for Equipments.
 Inspection of Equipments.
 Co-ordination with parties for Equipment deliveries.

Achievements:
 Successfully commissioned 1x215m3 Blast Furnace.

M/s Jayaswals Neco Ltd., Grey Iron casting manufacturing project at Nagpur in the
year 1998 as Sr.Engineer (Electrical and Instrumentation).
It was second hand Foundry dismantled from Germany and brought in India by M/s
Jaiswal Neco Ltd., Nagpur leading manufacture of Grey iron castings in catering needs
of Mahendra and Mahendra, Tractor division and Railways.

Responsibility:
 Actively involved in Project activities in Molding line and 33/11Kv switch
yard.

Project:
 Independently handled 33/11kv Substation Project.

Technology:
 Kunkal Wagner Moulding line for making Grey Iron castings.
 GE make 11Kv HT OCB switchboard.
 Siemens STEP-5, 115U PLC.
 Junker Power frequency furnace of 10Ton capacity.

 Repaired On Load Tap Changer for 3Mva Induction Furnace Transformer.
Modified the existing logic of Moulding line to run the system successfully. It was old

set/Reset logic, one logic of more than 200Pages each and in close loop with other
equipments in the family.

Distt: Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) in the year 1994, confirmed as Asstt.Engineer in 1995.
Leading manufacture of Sponge Iron and Steel, M/s PIL was the first plant to install
50TPH Waste Heat Recovery Boiler manufactured by BHEL.PIL also successfully
commissioned old Structural Rolling mill brought from TATA Steel.

1x500TPD Sponge Iron and 2x7.5MW Power Generation plant based on Waste heat
recovery Boiler (First WHRB installed in INDIA).
