1.1 Background
Bean Go! was founded in February 10, 2018 by Denise Almario, Christell Apilado,
Francine Delos Santos, Thea Fernandez, Hanah Galas and Laryna Mallari. Ever
since, the founders envisioned having a coffee shop. They love the smell and pretty

much everything about coffee. Some of them even applied and got accepted as
baristas in local coffee shops. They worked, saved enough money, and honed their
skills in creating coffee for about 5-6 years. Since they have enough background in
making coffee, they decided to turn their dream into life. As a start, the founders
sought help from friends and colleagues on how they’re going to manage the shop,
from finding the perfect location to managing their investment. The founders aim to
craft the flavor that suits right for taste of coffee lovers at the same time, not needing
to empty their pockets for a cup of coffee. With all the hardwork and enthusiasm in
coming up with the ideal taste of coffee, the group achieved what they imagined the
ideal flavors that will suit the taste of every consumer.
OBJECTIVES:
• To introduce and promote organic coffee beans to the mass
• To maintain the good quality of the coffee
• To make sure that every customer who buys our product is satisfied with the taste
• To sell as many coffees as possible
• To provide unique and never-before taste of coffees
Coffee enthusiasts can stay caffeinated by availing different coffee products that the
company produces as Bean Go! guarantee that all products that will be produced are
high-quality and healthy as the founders will ensure you that they picked the best
ingredients only for their beloved customers. Bean Go! Pursue developing an
effective relationship with their customers by providing excellent services and high
quality products that is both refreshing and affordable.
1.3 Location
The proposed business location for the Bean Go! Manufacturing Company will be
along University Belt, Manila. The business will be established in a two-story
building; first floor for the counter where the customers will be ordering and the
barista will creating the order while the second floor will be composed of
bookshelves that will contain books ranging from comics to novels, tables, pillows,
they will also add board games to increase social interactions. The company will
focus on providing high-quality coffee products and maintaining good bond with the
customers as a start of the business and as well as to examine how well will the
common customers of the shop will be satisfied with products produced by the
company.
Bean GO! is devoted to deliver the best customer service and offer the best
quality of coffee drinks as a beverage and as a treat. Coffee Jelly, Hot Coffee Drinks,
Frappes, and Iced Coffee are the products that will surely quench the thirst of coffee
lovers. This product will fill cravings and will go beyond the expectation of customers.
The business offer coffees that will surely wake the sleeping hearts of coffeeholics. It
offers best quality coffees that are stimulating and that will make humanity run for
this drink!
The founders maintain a healthy relationship with the customers and they give
their best at everything they do. The product of this virtue is a formation of a
partnership that lasts long because the founders value every engagement they get
into. They also try to challenge themselves by really understanding what they do
best and make full use of it. They also try to avoid offering the same services and
prices by being the “maka-tao” company that they are. They aim to create the best
experiences for their customers by treating them as if they were the only one the
founders have. They also make offers that are hard to decline. They’re also building
a reputation that stands out, by providing different kinds of offers that are timely,
unique, and refreshing to the target market.

The business will get some of its resources from Shoprite Mini
Mart Grocery Store in order for the entrepreneurs to acquire high
quality ingredients at an affordable price to produce the high quality
and fine delicacies for the customers to enjoy. The supplies that will
be used are guaranteed to be high grade materials and made locally
in the Philippines. With these, not only the entrepreneurs gain profit
from the business and satisfy the needs of the customers but also
they contribute something in the economy for locally made products
are patronized. We screen different grocery stores. We asked about
how they get their products, and their criteria in picking their products.
The Shoprite’s requirements in choosing their products matched our
own so we decided to select them as our supplier. We alsochose this
grocery store because the proximity of their location is accessible for
us so it is convenient. When it comes to supplying us, we already
talked to the head manager of the grocery store and discussed our
terms in having them as our supplier. They ensured us that they
already experience supplying bigger shops and companies.
