A. Brief History/Background of the Company/Company Profile:

Yappee started a Bayan Sale Company of different products like

Cellphone , Powerbank and other gadgets but one of the Company Owner decided to

sale a Sports T-shirt and short then he was a maze by the large volume of orders. First

order was all the way from Bacolod a 400pieces sports apparel so the owner decided

to focus on making a sport apparel and mostly, clients are event organizer and

printing business. Some of notable clients is anne curtiz with her ‘Heroes for children

run’ sponsored by unisef. Right now they continue to manufacturing different of t-

shirt and other garments product, not all business started us a smooth as he can be we

also have struggle during our clients who wasn’t satisfied with the product that they

delivered, so we also offered the company an option to speaks to there participants

and that we are going to change all the t-shirts and delivered to there addresses so

everything will be okay for the clients but a day pass and the organizer still angry

even though he committed that we are going to change the t-shirts after speaking the

participants so we delivered to just take back all the t-shirts we deliver and return all

their money we lose 34,000 for that single deal, but we learn and after that everything

went good.

December 4, 2017 as my first day in Yappee t-shirt sir. Venru menses brought me and john kim
and pat and charmain in Yappee T-shirt Mr. Rex Dalma Yape Jr. the boss of the business Sir.
rex accepted us Wholeheartedly.

Week 1

On my first week I have many learn about in marketing how to manage the business, what are

we going to do when the business have a problem and we learn how to inventory.

Week 2

They teach us how to inventory the garments and we also teach how to team work and cooperate.

Week 3

I have many learn how communicate in others.

Week 4

Sir rex said, If we want to go to his accountant and teach how to do the encoding. We said Yes,

and the other day we go to binangonan to learn how to encode and we learn many about in

accounting.
