 Vessel departs from berth. Vessel will be on pilotage from berth to fairway buoy.
 Vessel to follow various courses and speed as marked on chart as per Master’s order
and Pilot’s advice. Total pilotage distance is 28 miles.
 Plot position every 5 min or less. Watch condition 3. Keep Echo Sounder on monitor
and log down ukc regularly.
 Coastal chklist z/op 25 to be strictly complied.
BA  Keep a good lookout for buoys as some of them are missing and some of them only
1265 base is present. Buoys 4, 8 and 10 are missing. Buoy 5 is south of and buoy 12 is
north of their charted positions. These info is also marked on chart along with other
notes for ready reference.
 Keep clear of No go areas as marked on chart. Tidal current avg 1.5kn. ebb 105 and
flood 285.
 Keep a good lookout for fishing boats and incoming tankers proceeding to anchorage.
Read various notes written on chart and Satellite Dervived Positions.

 Follow courses 106 x 24’ , 128 x 67’ and 149 x 82’.


 Report to MIF on ch 16 on posn marked and give them the required info as required.
 Coastal chklist z/op 25 to be strictly complied.
 Monitor depths regularly.
 Watch condition 2 / 1 or as directed by Master. Plot position 30 min or less.
