On April 20, 2018, Defendants, MIGUEL LOPEZ, DAVE PADULA, JOHN STRICKLIN,

AND JAVIER ZUNIGA, filed their Motion to Dismiss Defendants. The case was transferred from

the 433rd Judicial District of Comal County to the 2nd 25th Judicial District of Guadalupe County.

The Defendants wish for their Motion to Dismiss Defendants be set now that this case is in the

correct county of jurisdiction.

Having duly presented to the court, Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Defendants Lopez,

Stricklin, Padula and Zuniga, in the above referenced case is hereby set for a hearing on October

29, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the 2nd 25th Judicial District of Guadalupe County, Texas, located at 211

W. Court Street, Room 220, Seguin, Texas 78155.
