Directors Responsibility:
Elections Procedures:
During the Annual General Meeting, all candidates will each speak for one minute to
motivate their application to the Board of Directors. There are four Executive positions
(President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary) with six Director positions. Each
term is one year, and there are no limits to re-elections. Positions are not remunerated.

• Over the age of 19 (as per Companies Act of NB)
• Criminal record check (as per Companies Act of NB)
A. President:
- Exercises general control of and supervision of the affairs of the organisation,
management of Directors and head staff;
- Acts as official spokesperson of the organisation;
- Presides over all Board of Director Meetings;
- Provides leadership in organisational visioning;
- Manages of the operations of the organisation, supervision of the bylaws and
policies.
B. Vice-President:
- Assists the President in general control of and supervision of the affairs of the
organisation;
- In the absence of the President, the Vice-President shall share all the duties,
powers, rights, and responsibilities of the President.
C. Treasurer:
- Responsible for the general charge of financial affairs of the organisation;
- Presents reports to the BOD of the financial status at Annual General Meetings.
D. Secretary:
- Attends to correspondences such as notices as directed by the BOD;
- Prepares and keeps official minutes of the motions and BOD meetings;
- Maintains a membership roster, archives and publishes all meeting minutes for
the public to access.
