Princess Diet

You found me.


The princess diet fairytale book.
This is a low calorie diet.
Just take a look.
Each page is one day and the diet lasts
thirty.
During this diet you should drink plenty
of water.
I am not a doctor.
I am a fairy god mother.
This is an enchanted diet.
Wishes granted at your own risk.
Snow White

You can only consume apples. They can be


any color. You do not have to peel the skin.
Eat no less than two, but no more than six.
Watch out for poisoned apples.

Burn calories by doing at least 45minutes of


housework. Sneak in lunges, squats, bicep
curls as well as high knee crunches.
Cinderella

A little bit of this and a little bit of that. You can


eat anything you like. The only restrictions are the
number of bites per meal.
Breakfast: a cup of tea and 3 bites of anything
Lunch: 5 bites of anything
Dinner: 5 bites of anything
Do not be greedy with the size of your bites! Trying
to be sneaky and stuffing your mouth for each bite
will harm no one but yourself. You can do this!

Do a leg work out to get glass slipper ready,


10 forward lunges, 10 piie squats, 10 squat jumps,
10 reverse lunges, 10 step ups, 10 leg lifts, 10 single
leg bridges, 10 leg lifts, 10x10 sec wall squat
Ariel

Almost being naked all the time, Ariel


was very thin. She swam a lot and got a
lot of exercise as well.
Today is a water fast.

Ariel has a beautiful stomach. Do 50 sit-


ups, 50 crunches, 50 side crunches on
each side, plank one minute. Repeat
whenever hungry.
Mulan

On this day, you must follow this meal plan:


Breakfast: Green or black tea (no sugar, no
milk)
Lunch: One cup of cooked white rice (noodles if
you do not have rice)
Dinner: A can of salmon or tuna (can be
substituted for chicken)

You are training to be a fierce and strong


woman. Run one mile and then do 50 squatted
cross punches, 50 kicks (25 each leg), 50 ducks,
jump rope 1 minute
Rapunzel

When you wake up, eat a spoon of golden


honey (representing the golden flower).
For the rest of the day, you can consume
up to 500 calories.
Do not count the calories from the honey.

Rapunzel had long beautiful hair. Do


jump rope exercises such as high knees
and butt kicks with a jump rope or
imaginary jump rope for 5 minutes then
do some core exercises and repeat for 30
minutes.
Belle

A cup of unsweetened tea at every meal.


For breakfast: a red apple as a symbol for
the enchanted rose (any apple will do
though)
Lunch: a banana for her beautiful yellow
gown
Dinner: a cup of soup. For their first meal
together, Belle and the Beast share soup.

Belle is really good at ballroom dancing. Do


a cardio workout for 60 minutes.
Thumbelina

Thumbelina was tiny and beautiful. For each


meal you can only consume three things the size
of your thumb.
Example:
Breakfast: three strawberries
Lunch: three walnuts
Dinner: three chicken nuggets

Do a workout that makes you feel happy for 60


minutes.
Alice (in wonderland)

A cup of unsweetened tea with every meal.


It’s a never ending tea party.
Take me: A low-fat smoothie
Tea time: a piece of toast with jam or
peanut butter
Eat me: One cookie

Jog for 30 minutes and do core exercises


Wendy Darling

Off to never land.


Breakfast: a cup of blueberries or blue berry tea. If
have neither, a banana. To represent Wendy’s dress
or Tinker Bell’s hair.
Lunch: Lettuce and green veggies with dressing on
the side.
Dinner: you never grow old in never land. A cup of
cereal with low fat milk (preferably captain crunch
and skim milk)
Make sure to drink lots of water!

Go outside and do a fun workout for 60


minutes.
Aurora

You must get at least 8 hours of sleep


tonight.
Breakfast: one cup strawberries. Aurora
first met Prince Philip while picking
berries.
Lunch: any type of red juice/smoothie.
Aurora’s finger was pricked by a needle and
it put her to sleep.
No dinner, you must go to sleep early.

Before going to bed, do core exercises


Jasmine

Jasmine tea with every meal (replace with


other tea if you do not like jasmine tea or
do not have it)
Breakfast: one cup cantaloupe (or any other
melon/fruit)
Lunch: 2 slices of bread
Dinner: one cup of spicy chicken or lamb

Core exercises and yoga. If you have any


energy left, do cardio for 30 minutes.
Pocahontas

The only beverage you can have today is water.


You cannot consume anything but raw and
organic vegetables and fruit. Preferably no
dressing but optional.

Go jogging for thirty minutes and a full body


exercises for another thirty minutes.
Esmeralda

Breakfast: Black Coffee (Hunchback of


Notre Dame takes place in France)
Lunch: Fruit and cheese (about half a cup
each)
Dinner: One cup of soup
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water

Esmeralda is a great dancer. Do a dancing


workout for 60 minutes.
Megara(Hercules)

Breakfast: Half a cup of grapes


Lunch: Grapefruit or pear (Greek fruits)
Dinner: cup of lettuce with olives (Dressing
on the side)

45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of


weight lifting. Got to look good for Hercules.
1 Jane Porter(Tarzan)

A banana mono. One banana for each meal.


It is optional to have unsweetened tea
throughout the day as well.

Do an arm workout with cardio for an hour.


Swinging on vines all day takes a lot of
upper body strength.
20 pushups, 1 minute plank, 20 shoulder
presses, 20 back rows
1 Kida(Atlantis: The lost empire)

Water fast. Kida is strong, beautiful and


powerful. Her entire kingdom was
submerged by water. She wears minimal
clothing.
Tiana(Princess and the Frog)

Only consume raw green vegtables today.


Maximum four cups. If you can spare the
calories, you can have low fat dressing on
the side. For beverages, only drink water.

2o squat jumps, 50 jumping jacks, 20


jumping lunges, 30 high knees, 20
burpees
(repeat 2 times)
Elsa(Frozen)

Frozen yogurt mono(if you have no yogurt


you can replace with vinella icecream)
No more than four cups.
Known for her ice powers and beautiful
singing voice.

Do core exercises and leg exercises.

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water.


Anna(Frozen)

One cup of strawberries for her red hair.


One glass of low fat milk for the white
strand her sister left.

Do a fun workout for at least 30


minutes.
1 Merida(Brave)

3 cups of oatmeal. One for breakfast,


lunch and dinner.
Lilo(Lilo and Stitch)

Breakfast: Cup of pinapple


Lunch: Pickles (try to find big ones, not the
slices) No more than a cup.
Dinner: Peanutbutter sandwich (can be
replaced with tuna)

Try to dance for your workout today. Look


up an instructional hula dancing video on
youtube and go to town or rock it out to
some Elvis music.
1 Fiona(Shrek)

Consume only raw and organic green veggies


today. Dressing is optional but if you chose
it, only use low fat. For beverages, you may
drink unsweetened tea.

For your workout, do core exercises and


cardio. You don’t want an ogre belly.
1 Tinker Bell

Breakfast: One cup of berries


Lunch: A cup of lettuce with corn and
dressing on the side. Optional: Toss in
more or less green veggies.
Dinner: Slice of toast with a banna and
peanut butter.

Tonight jog for 30 minutes, do core


exercies and make sure to stretch so you
can fly with Peter Pan.
1 Sally(Nightmare before
Christmas)

Today is a juice fast. Perferably red juices


for her beautiful hair and lip stick.

No workout today. Sally was fragile. She


used her free time for sewing and dreaming
of love. Do something crafty and fun.
Anastasia

Breakfast: unsweetened tea


Lunch: A slice of bread and a slice of cheese
Dinner: A cup of rice with some beef

Get in at least 30 minutes of cardio.


1 Eilonwy(The black cauldron)

One cup of soup for breakfast, lunch, and


dinner. Total of 3 cups of soup for the day.

Get in at least 30 minutes of cardio.


1 Crysta(Ferngully)

Fruit mono. You may pick one fruit and can


only consume 5 cups of it maximum today
and minimum two cups. You can only drink
water with your fruit today. Crysta is a
fairy that lives and strives with nature.

Today do core exercises. Tone up your fairy


figure.
1 Amelia(Treasure Planet)

All day long sip on unsweetened tea. For all


three meals you can have 5 crackers with
cheese.

Do squated cross punches, kicks and squats,


also standing knee to elbow crunches. You
got to be prepared to fight pirates and
criminals.
1 Nala(Lion King)

Breakfast: Orange Juice


Lunch: Cup of lettuce with nuts and berries.
Dressing on the side.
Dinner: Half cup of chicken
After breakfast only drink water with your
food.

Run at least one mile today. Nala is a


lioness princess and gets in a very long
cardio workout every day.
Chel(El dorado)

Breakfast: Bannana
Lunch: One cup of corn
Dinner: One cup buttered noodles with garlic

Core exercises, make sure to focus on the


hips.
