PROMISSORY NOTE

This is to acknowledge that I, ____________________ herein referred to as the

“BORROWER”, receive the amount of THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE PESOS (Php 311,975.00) with BDO Check No.
________________ from _________________________ . herein referred to as the
“LENDER.”

The BORROWER hereby promises to pay to the LENDER the above-stated amount
within three months upon the issuance of this Promissory Note.

The BORROWER agrees to pay to the LENDER late payment fee and interest
should she fails to pay on the agreed time.
