RESPONSIBILITY:
 Ensure full technical understanding and scope definition against contract for planning & scheduling.
 Prepare Manpower & Equipment Loading Schedule & Deployment Histogram.
 Attending daily progress meeting with other departments/divisions, indicating any bottlenecks and taking timely

 Preparation of Wind up reports for Turnarounds.
 Preparing various levels of schedule for quick reference and finalizing the execution plan in regards to the client’s

 Liaise with Materials Planners and Service Planners to ensure availability of required materials, appointment of
contractors, vendor’s specialists etc., as applicable.
 Monitor Work Orders progress and ensure no notifications and work orders are pending without any justified reason.
 Ensure completeness and quality of required historical data of work orders in SAP to facilitate reliability assessments of
related equipment
