Diversion of attention to their loved ones or to their self whenever an invasive procedure
is to be done. I ask them to tell a story about their family and do the procedure while
they tell stories

patient because of his or her fear when exposed to healthcare settings? Yes because
history taking and physical assessment cannot be done accurately whenever they do not
cooperate.
