This whole situation has finally become major issue to all of Australia and students. Bullying has gone up to the point that it has become a critical case where it has to STOP. Since it hasn't been stopping, Victorian opposition has proposed a three strikes plan for bullies. After three strikes, there will be a meeting where bullies, bullies parents, schools principal, victim parents and the teacher come in and have a meeting and talk how to make it change. If it doesn’t change, the bully will go to court. Lam quite certain that it wont work because bullies mostly don't listen and they keep bullying as it is a habit for them.
