that our resources would only be enough for my family’s basic

peoples, children in conflict with the law, victims of gender
violence, and other similar causes.

asking his advice regarding the lot left by our ancestors which
situated in Sibonga brought about by the dispute of their neighbor
inasmuch as that the portion of our lot was unlawfully included in
their titling of their own lot

3. He has actually rendered 2 hour of his pro bono legal

service by providing me with advice on how to amicably settle the
dispute between us by meeting with their respective lawyer.

4. He done it so without any charges nor monetary consideration

or interest.

5. He did not solicited, requested, nor accepted, directly or

indirectly, any fee, gift, token of gratitude, or anything of
monetary value in the course of rendering his legal aid services, all
of which are on pro bono basis.

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness

of the foregoing facts, to attest to the validity and authenticity of
the documents herein attached and for whatever legal purpose it may
