We are holding our annual Christmas Party on December 3, 2018, including the much loved seafarer’s
raffle. The party will be taking place at the Ramon Magsaysay Building with a “Nautical” theme. This is
to give back to the loyal seafarers and as one of our major suppliers, we would like to seek your kind
generosity in sharing with us some of your blessings, on this occasion.

Being our major supplier, we would like to request for a solicitation in cash or in kind to brighten the
Raffle for all the seafarers of Castaneda Ship Manning and we would be grateful if you can be a sponsor
this event.

The event’s theme is Nautical. There will be food stalls, games and fun for all CSM Seafarers. Aside from
the raffle prizes for our yearly raffle, we would like to invite you to sponsor a booth to showcase your
company’s products/services. This we hope will promote your business and add color to our party.

1. Major Sponsor ( Php 25,000.00)

- Sponsorship of 1 or 2 Major Prize in Raffle

- Sponsorship of one big Game booth (with Prizes) for 50-100 pax
- Option to set up Big Company booth and product display/ sampling in CSM Christmas Party
