 Participate in ongoing research study dealing with children’s (7-8 years old) eating behavior.
 Prepare food for kids, performed visits in which we gave them foods to eat, played some games
and completed specific questions for each visit.
 Complete data entry, video coding and data analysis.

 Attended teaching group sessions on pre-surgery, weight management and behavior

 Participated with dietitian on pre-surgery and post-surgery nutrition visits.
 Created nutrition handouts for weight management and translated a psychology questionnaire to

 Collaborated in the research dealing with people with metabolic syndrome.
 Prepared and weigh food for people involved in research, and serve up until twelve people at a
time.
 Worked with different amounts and types of spices during the food preparation with the goal to
test their effect on the control, medium and culinary groups.
