Registration
The Parent LLC shall serve as the “Developer” of the Quad
Ownership Project. The Parent LLC shall make written application for the
registration of the Quad Ownership Project pursuant to §NCGS 93(A)-52

Pursuant to §NCGS 93(A)-41(9) Quad Ownership, at the inception


of the program, shall be defined as a “Time Share” requiring registration.

Pursuant to §NCGS 93(A)-52(a) After the sale of all four Quad


Ownership Interests by the Parent LLC and certification to the
commission of the termination of further interest the certificate of
registration shall be cancelled.

Pursuant to §NCGS 93(A)-40 only licensed North Carolina Real


Estate Brokers may engage in the sale of a Quad.
Pursuant to §NCGS 93(A)-44 the Parent LLC shall make full disclosures in a
public offering statement of the following matters:

1. Sales Price of Quad interest


Closing Costs
Reserve estimates
Property management fees
Historical data pertaining to fixed costs

9. The identity of the Property Manager for the Parent LLC who may have
authority to alter the terms and conditions of the aforementioned fees which
may be imposed.

11. The terms and duration of the contract between the Parent LLC and the
Property Manager.

13. The transfer by deed of fee simple marketable title.

15. The rights of purchasers to cancel contracts within five (5) days of execution.

17. Notice of recordation of a General Warranty Deed in the Register of Deeds.
